IF YOU CAN PUT TOGETHER A BUSINESS PLAN WHICH MAKES SENSE - AND WORK WITH OTHER PEOPLE HERE WHO ARE ALSO ENTREPRENEURIAL, DRIVEN, FUN, WHO LIKE TO DO NEW THINGS - CRC WILL DO IT.

This whole thing, push boundaries, teamwork etc. the core company values are really what its like doing business here. Its not just things we pay lip service to, on some plaque someplace or in a poster in the lobby. We will sit and have a whole day discussion sometimes about what it means to face reality.

Our entrepreneurial spirit is also what helps to keep CRC on the cutting-edge. Time after time, the company has been ahead of the curve. In low income housing, nobody thought it could be done profitably, but CRC went out and started a profitable, low-income housing portfolio. Then, everyone else flooded into the market and it got to the point where it wasn't really profitable. By that time, CRC had already shifted into mixed-use development. Then before you knew it, we had shifted into military family housing when no-one thought that could be done profitably. CRC, time after time, is ahead of the curve.

This is a place where you can do almost anything you want. It's just a matter of knowing what you want.
