I CAME TO WORK AT CRC BECAUSE IT SEEMED LIKE IT WAS ONE OF THE FEW PLACES WHERE YOU WOULD GENUINELY PROGRESS AS FAST AS YOU WERE ABLE TO PROGRESS.

The biggest surprise about working at CRC is that you are constantly stretched to the very limit of your ability. You donít have limitations and you donít really have a blueprint to follow. Thatís also the challenge because you donít wake up in the morning necessarily knowing what to do.

What we do at CRC matters because we are living at a time when the impact that humans are having on the environment is really beginning to get questioned. The way America wants to live, the way it wants to shop; the way it wants to work is changing drastically. Weíre at the forefront of that, weíre one of the principal people in the country that are coming up with ideas, and we have a huge voice in that dialogue. To be such critical players in a very timely discussion makes me feel that what we do is very important.
