WE HAVE PEOPLE WITH BACKGROUNDS IN FINANCE, DESIGN, URBAN PLANNING, VENTURE CAPITAL, AND ENTREPRENEURIAL ACTIVITIES ... THESE ALL COME TOGETHER TO FORM A GREAT TEAM.

The CRC culture is hard to describe, but I think thatís a good thing because it means a different thing to everybody. The reason that I joined was because of what I thought the CRC culture would mean to my life Ė what I did here and what it would mean to my work-life balance. I think that is particularly important to young people when we donít have a background in real estate. We are able to use whatever experiences that we bring to CRC, even from non-real estate backgrounds, and are able to use those in a multitude of contexts in this company.

Our open office environment Ė what we call, "the bullpen" Ė is a main source of creativity and fun in this organization. We hear each otherís conversations all the time and jump in on discussions. Weíve developed a camaraderie that has allowed us to build up a level of trust that I donít think would have occurred if we hadnít been in this informal, fun environment. The teamwork at CRC has been very integral to my professional development. I feel very proud to be part of an organization of talented and smart people.
